✦ Chibis: $25 USD each | $60 USD for 3 chibis together in a commission

✦ Custom Adopts / Character Design: $25 USD each | +$15 for back view
◇ Please specify in notes/email if you want front only ($25) or front + back! ($35)◇ For these I design ocs on a legally acquired base. As of now I only have anthro bases, so that's a limitation.◇ My objective with these is that they be well designed and easy to commission from others!◇ You are not required to, but due to past commissions being difficult when they didn't need to be, I recommend filling out this form for every custom character, to ensure the result of the design is to your specifications and to avoid confusion!‣ Gender or Gender Expression of Character:‣ Species of Character:‣ Design Traits You'd Like:‣ Body Type of Character (I will work with the base with the best approximation):‣ Any information about the character you'd like me to know:‣ Any pictures or reference needed should be attached via email or notes!

TERMS OF SERVICE
For You, The Customer:• Paypal and CashApp accepted• DM / email me for inquiry, once approved I will send an invoice. Your commission will only be added to the trello once payment is received.• I use trello to update my progress on commissions in real time if asked. I used to do it as a rule, but some commissioners have expressed a desire to make this an option rather than a rule of thumb.• This artist does unshaded/flat commissions with minimum highlights and polish. If you're asking for a more refined and professional approach, my commissions are not for you and I wish you the best of luck with finding an artist that'll match what you're looking for!• The commissioner pays fully upfront!• Asking for wips / status updates is perfectly fine! Rudeness / rushing will result in a refund• Please allow for refunds to take time if needed.• No refunds if I have done the work. I provide plenty of examples to show what my work and style looks like, as well as all the information one would need to know.• If character is exceptionally complex I may ask for a small additional fee, though I have yet to need to do this.• At this point I do not offer wips or send in sketches for approval. This is done for a number of reasons, but it's something that is not a part of my business practice.For This Artist:
• I reserve the right to reject, cancel, and refund any commission at any time• I do not accept any time work• If you're creepy / an asshole / difficult to work with, I will cancel and refund at my discretion.• I am known to take breaks between groups of commissions or draw something for myself between commissions. It helps keep my mental state fresh and helps me to be a better artist. If you're one of those people who thinks artists should only do commissions and shouldn't be allowed to do any personal work, you don't need to commission me period.• PLEASE BE SPECIFIC IN YOUR NOTES. I have had a major problem in the past with commissioners not specifying commissions, being vague about ideas, or spanning the commission details over several messages that need scrolling which makes it difficult to compile together. ADOPTABLES: TERMS OF SERVICE
• Once bought, you can change anything (gender, name, colors, design, etc) but you may not claim the original design image as your own. Reposting the original design with credit is perfectly fine! Even if you just post with credit in the initial pic, that's fine!• Please be clear about buying! Say 'I'll claim please' versus 'I love it' or an emoji of a thumbs up.• Please send a note with your paypal info so I can invoice!• You are not allowed to purchase and use in content such as: incest, rape, child porn, anything bigoted. If I find out you have, you will be blacklisted and posts will be made on social media warning other adoptable makers not to sell to you. Aside from that, do you boo, go wild with your new oc!• Please don't resell for more than what you paid UNLESS there's extra artwork• If you grow bored or tired of the adopt or you just don't use it in the way you thought you would, that's perfectly fine. These things happen! I will never fault someone for not connecting with a design the way they thought they would. If you'd like to get rid of them, I'd just like to ask that you ask me (arachneoenomel) about potentially buying them back. I love my designs so I'd love the chance to think about buying them back again if that's possible. Not a requirement, just more of a personal request!
